You can also work out at home and order a reformer (Pilates machine).  There are reformers that you can order with workout videos and have delivery to your home.

4. Running outdoors or on a treadmill: Running is another great way to shed some pounds. Make a set time to go running everyday before work or after work. If you don’t want to run outside  get a treadmill. These are easily stored in your home and give you the chance to exercise in the comfort of your own home.

5. Eating healthy: you can either go see a nutritionist and get a planned out guide or just check out some books about eating healthy and cutting calories. Either way watching what you eat and being educated about what foods are good for you and what foods are not will defiantly help you shed some pounds and feel healthier.

6. The total gym: this is another great home machine. If you are looking for a machine that can target almost all the muscles then this is it. It comes with an instructional video and is very easily stored away in your home.

Are you ready to jump in and start planning?  Here are a couple of things that should be first on your ‘To do’ list.

1. Set a date for your wedding. You might want to marry on the day you met or have a late evening summer wedding. A morning Autumn ceremony, or winter afternoon wedding. Whatever you decide,  try to give yourself at least 6 months to plan your wedding. Ideal off course would be a year.

2. Setting a budget is very important. So be clear on your wedding budget and who is paying for what.  A wedding can be very expensive and you don’t want to live on bread and water after your special day . Seriously though, think about how much you can afford. Are your parents going to be helping you out? And what your overall budget is going to be.

3. now that you have set a date, establish a timeline for planning and preparation.  This is an important and crucial part. You don’t want to forget things like ordering  the invitations or booking the photographer. Plan it out and write it down. This will help immensely.

4. Time to choose your wedding party; the earlier you ask them to be part of your wedding party the better. They will be a great help in assisting you and helping you plan your wedding.

5. Making a guest list will have a lot to do with your budget; the bigger the wedding the bigger the overall expense. Seriously think about who you want to invite. Do you want a more intimate wedding with your closest friends and relatives or a big bash with everyone you and your family know. Your family will most probably also want a say in this especially if they are paying for a large part of your wedding. So really think about this point and what is more important to you.

You can choose white or cream or any color really because its ‘your’ wedding. So where to get the best dress and best deal? Hmm… well, there are many options. If you have it in your budget for a designer dress, look around and take your time until you find the right one. If you opt for a nice dress that doesn’t have a big name tag, you may be surprised that you will have some great choices. vintage is currently ‘in’ and there are second hand bridal stores. Some opt to buy used dresses on sale by their owners. Not my favorite option but part of my sharing  the endless possibilities out there for your Florida wedding dress. Go online; you will sometimes find great deals. Last but not least, go to your local bridal stores and have them advice you on a dress.
